Please come to EA Help center to reset your FUT Security Question and Answer immediately below:
1. Clear your browser's cache :http://help.ea.com/en/article/clearing-your-browsers-cache/

- When your account is locked, you need to login to your trusted console (PS, XBOX, PC) and load FIFA 18.

- Choose a security question, type your answer and submit.

- Once you successfully created a new question and answer, you can go back to Ultimate Team website to login with the new one.
